A Doctor Changes His Mind About Medical Marijuana (Video)

Dr. Sanjay Gupta is a neurosurgeon and assistant professor of neurosurgery at Emory University School of Medicine and associate chief of the neurosurgery service at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2009 he was considered for the role of Surgeon General by President Obama. In 2009 Dr. Gupta also wrote an article for Time magazine titled “Why I Would Vote No on Pot” Dr. Gupta is now publicly apologizing for his opposition to medical marijuana and endorsing its use for medical purposes.
