U.S. based research groups think they have developed a way to “trick” mosquitoes thus avoiding outbreaks of malaria in places like Uganda, Asia and South America just to name a few. The new *trick” is called a kite patch and it blocks mosquitoes from recognizing humans. Another group says they’ve developed a vaccine against Malaria. The new vaccine in small tests was found to be 100% effective. This could be groundbreaking as half of the world’s population lives in areas affected by Malaria.
