Jon Stewart Mocks FOX News’ Fact-Free And Phony “War On Christmas” Outrage (Video)

After seeing FOX News host Gretchen Carlson throw an on-air tantrum over a Festivus pole made out of beer cans and watching host Megyn Kelly try to explain to her non-existent audience of  those who still believes there is a Santa Claus living on the North Pole, that he is a white guy, Daily show host Jon Stewart couldn’t resist taking a few jabs at both of these cable news personalities for their outrage over the war on Christmas – A war that has been created by FOX News for the effect of false victimhood and book sales.

First, he took on Carlson for complaining about not being able to drive her kids around to check out nativity scenes with seeing a Festivus pole blocking baby Jesus and calling the possible experience “nuts”.

Yes. That sounds relatively nuts. Why are you driving around, looking for nativity scenes,  when you can just bring your kids to where you work – where you put a gigantic nativity scene out on the plaza.

Then he moved on to Megyn Kelly, who wanted to reassure all the kids who watch her prime time cable news show that Santa Claus is white.

Who are you even talking to? Children who are sophisticated enough to be watching a news channel at 10 o’clock at night, yet innocent enough to still believe Santa Claus is real, yet racist enough to be freaked out if he isn’t white?

He also showed a clip of  Kelly telling minorities viewers that “just because it makes you feel uncomfortable doesn’t mean it has to change.” After viewing he reminded her about the original Saint Nicholas, who is Greek and is from the country now Known as Turkey.

Who exactly is changing the facts to make themselves more comfortable here? Actual Saint Nicholas — well, my guess is there’d be no Christmas if he looked [Dark-skinned], because he’s probably still on the no-fly list.

He also went after her claims of Jesus being a white man as well.
